Shipping policy for live plants

With immense pleasure we would like to thank you for your patronage.

We are happy to announce the arrival of new category into our portfolio. We have done careful study of the requirement of 1000s of loyal customers over period and understand their the requirements well.

You and our team understand the special care required for handling live plants but in between us is another set of people who help in bridging the gap – the logistic support team. We have tied up with one of the leading logistic companies in the country but when a shipment is handed over to them, we hope you understand that it changes multiple hands before they reach you. It’s not necessary every individual understand the importance of the content inside the package. The reason why we have a different policy for handling plants is to indemnify us from any kind of LOSS, DELAY or DAMAGE to the content of the package during the transit which is not under our control.

We will ensure that the

• Order is fulfilled on the very day
• With fresh and quality checked plants
• Packed well so that its not damaged in transit
• Marked with labels for the courier to take care
• Shipped on priority by air

However as we said above, there are certain things which are beyond our control and hence the policy for plants is different from other goods sold on www.easypets.in

Read below carefully before placing the order

• Live plants will be available for sale only on Prepaid model. No Cash On delivery option for Live plants
• All shipments will be sent out only on weekdays. Shipments will not leave our facility on Saturdays and Sundays
• Shipments possible only with our preferred courier service
• No cancellation or refund once the package is shipped. Which means once you get the tracking code over sms or email or if its updated on your profile page on our website, cancellation or refund will not possible
• You can get the photos of the plants specifically packed for you on special request.
• No of plants in the cups will differ for each packing
• No wholesale enquiries please
• No minimum order value required
